Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No.  You are billed monthly and you pay as you go.  There are no long term commitments.

How do I cancel?
You can cancel your account at anytime. All you need to do is send us an email at cancel@rsitez.com

What is your refund policy?
If you cancel within 30 days of signing up you get 100% of your money back.

What if I need more diskspace or bandwidth?
You can purchase additional disk and bandwidth at anytime. The price is $10/month per each 10GB diskspace/100GB bandwidth.

Do I own my site content?
Absolutely!  You own the site content created by you or your users. 

What payment methods do you allow?
You can use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, or Paypal to make your monthly
payments. The payments are automatically deducted from your account at the same time each month.
