What is included?
We provide everything that you need to start your own social networking site. We provide the technology, support, and hosting. Our technology is easy to use. We continue to upgrade our technology on a regular basis.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at anytime for any reason.

How are you different from other vendors?

Is the site scalable?
Absolutely! The site is completely scalable. This means that you can use the site for small groups like college clubs, alumni associations or your friends network. You can also use it for midsize groups and organizations like chambers of commerce, industry associations, social groups, book and fan clubs and more. You can also use rSitez for organizations like the Lions Club, Rotary, and other national and multinational organizations. We can also scale up to multiple servers to allow for an unlimited number of members, disk space, and bandwidth - typically for corporate users or organizations with millions of members.

How many users can I have on the site?

How do you compare with Myspace or Facebook?
Think of having an rSitez site as having your own private copy of Myspace or Facebook for yourself and your members. Your members will be able to create their own personal profiles. They will be able to create groups on the site. They will be able to email and IM each other. We have discussion forums, event calendars, and additional features that they do not have. The similarity pretty much stops there.

On rSitez, you have TOTAL CONTROL of the site. You control the users, the groups, and even the content on the site. On Myspace or Facebook, you have no control of who is on the site and therefore who your members are being exposed to.

On rSitez, you keep the revenue you generate with the site. On Myspace, they keep the revenue generated from the members you bring on the site. You make the decision to sell ads or not sell ads on the site. If you decide to sell ads you keep the revenue generated. You can also collect membership fees on your site if you like.

We provide an easy-to-use control panel that allows an individual to completely rebrand and manage the site. You can manage the site users, its groups, its categories, content and much, much more.

I don’t have an IT department, what do I need to know to manage the site?
You just need a regular Windows based browser like Internet Explorer. You can manage the site from anywhere that you have an Internet connection. The Admin module is very intuitive, but we also provide a "help" manual that gives you all the information you need to manage the site and collect revenue from it.

How much does it cost to host the site?
Absolutely nothing! We host the site for you at no additional cost.


Invite your friends, colleagues, and members on to the site. Once you do this, you are able to sell advertising to companies and individuals that want to reach this population. You can sell banner ads or text ads. Members can post their own ads and pay for them online with their credit or debit card, all through the built-in Advertise module. Corporations can pay you to post large ad campaigns as well. You can post these ad campaigns from the Admin module. You can also collect membership fees, event fees, and donations on the site. We also have Google ads built into the site with the ability to turn on or turn off the ads.

Can I get paid for Google ads on the site?
Absolutely! We have integrated Google AdSense into the site. You can have Google ads on every page on the site if you like. Each time a member clicks on the ad, you get paid by Google. You can turn on or turn off this and all ads on the site.

Do you keep a percentage of the money made from the site?
No, you can sell all the ads you want and make as much money as you like from the site.

Can I turn off advertising on the site?
Absolutely yes. You have full control of advertising from the Admin control panel. If you don't want advertising on the site you can simply turn it off at anytime.

Are there any hidden fees or charges?
There are no hidden fees or charges. Please see our pricing page for our fees.

How does your pricing plan work?
We have different pricing based on the amount of users, disk space, and bandwidth you will need for your site. We include our full package with all our features in each plan. You can upgrade to different plans if you like. Please see our pricing page for details about our different plans.

Can I use this site anywhere or just the USA?
You can use the site in any country you like. We currently have customers in different parts of the world, including the USA, UK, Australia and other regions of the world.

Where is the site hosted?
Our servers are located in the United States.

Do I have to pay extra for my members to post jobs?
No. The Jobs module and all other modules that you see on the site are included in our licensing fee for your use of the site. Please see our Pricing page for our different pricing plans.

Is the site secure?
Yes. Absolutely! We utilize all the latest security measures available today to protect the sites and data that we manage.

How often are the sites and data backed up?
